Official Parking Locations and Fees for Nagoya Castle

There are two official parking lots at Nagoya Castle: the Main Gate Parking and the Ninomaru East Parking. Additionally, the nearby Meijo Park North Parking, part of the adjacent Meijo Park, is relatively close. Here, we explain how to access each parking lot and the respective fees.

How to Use the Main Gate Parking Lot

Available Times: 08:45 to 21:30
Capacity: 308 standard vehicles

The Main Gate Parking Lot includes both above-ground and underground parking areas.
How to Use the Ninomaru East Parking Lot

Available Times: 08:30 to 22:30
Capacity: 123 standard vehicles

The location of the Ninomaru East Parking Lot is as follows. If you are visiting Nagoya Castle from the East Gate, this parking lot will be convenient to use.
As you drive along the road toward the Ninomaru East Parking Lot, you will first see an exit-only gate. The entrance is a bit further ahead.
After passing the exit-only gate and driving a little further, you will find the entrance to the parking lot.
The parking lot is long and vertical.
How to Use the Meijo Park North Garden Parking Lot
Meijo Park is a park adjacent to Nagoya Castle. The parking lot located within the grounds of Meijo Park is the Meijo Park North Garden Parking Lot. The location, available dates and times, capacity, and usage fees for the Meijo Park North Garden Parking Lot are as follows:
Available Vehicle Types: Standard vehicles, buses
Available Dates: Open year-round
Available Times: Entry is allowed from 06:00 to 22:00, and exit is available 24 hours
Capacity: 75 standard vehicles

The location of the Meijo Park North Garden Parking Lot is as follows.
After passing the entrance to the Ninomaru East Parking Lot of Nagoya Castle, you will find the entrance to the Meijo Park North Garden Parking Lot just past the next traffic light.
It is adjacent to the commercial facility "tonarino" within Meijo Park, making it convenient for visitors to "tonarino" as well.
